1. What type of therapy do you offer?
We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy at this time.
2. What populations do you serve?
We service children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. The youngest age we service is 8 years old.
3. What types of concerns do you address?
We address a variety of concerns to support your mental health and well-being, including ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorders, substance abuse, and trauma. Our therapists also work with clients on family conflict, peer relationships, and relationship or couples issues. Additional areas of focus include coping skills, life coaching, life transitions, self-esteem, school issues, spirituality, stress, and women’s issues. If your concern isn’t listed here, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help with whatever you’re facing.
4. What insurance do you all take?
We currently accept Aetna, Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield (including All Kids), Cigna, Medicare, TRICARE EAST, United HealthCare, Uprise Health, and Viva Health. We also accept self-pay clients. Please contact us for information on self-pay rates. If your sessions are covered under your insurance, we will notify you of your copay amount and how many sessions are available after you complete our insurance form prior to the initial session. Currently, we are working on getting certified by insurance companies in all the states in which we are licensed. Please check with us to make sure we are certified with your insurance company in your state.
5. Do you accept referrals?
Yes, we accept referrals. Our fax number is 334-888-8599. Referrals will be treated as a priority.
6. How do I book a session?
You can give us a call at 1-877-879-8692, send us a text at 334-293-1351, or request a session right here on our website. You will prompted to provide us with some information. Once we confirm your information and get back to you with any necessary benefits, if understood, we will move forward with scheduling. Please note these are HIPAA-compliant numbers.
7. What are TMWC's business hours?
TMWC's business hours are Monday-Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM, and Friday, 9 AM–12 PM. Each clinician sets their own schedule, which may vary from these hours. Weekend sessions are also available based on clinician availability. Feel free to reach out with questions!
8. Do you see clients in person or online?
We provide care entirely online, so all sessions are conducted virtually. In-person appointments are not available.
